Sebree Ruffle Tank Top

Sebree is a sheer aqua camisole with a crinkled texture, white lace at the neckline, a little rosette at the chest, and one huge ruffle that starts at the shoulder and cascades diagonally down the front, falling well past the hem. Floaty, fragile-looking, and not remotely plain.
