Some of our items are one size fits most and made to be worn loose. They are usually a medium/large but adjustable to size down. Almost everything that is o/s is made with some type of adjustable belt, strap, tie, or it will have an elastic waistband. You can find a sizing chart on each item. We realize one size fits most will not always fit and will not look the same on every body type and that's why we have a great return policy. If it doesn't fit, feel free to send it back. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any specific questions on sizing.
We accept returns within 15 days of your package being delivered. If your order was delivered in a few packages then the 15 days starts on the date of your last package being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You may return all items except swimwear, harnesses and masks. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Returns get processed every few days, if it has been more than 10 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse and you haven't received a notification that we received it, please send us a message to email@example.com.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Once we process a refund it is immediately submitted to your bank or credit card, but it may take a few days for it to show up on your statement. If we notified you that we refunded you, but you haven’t received a refund to your payment method, contact your bank and credit card company.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to returning your item. We recommend using USPS for returns in the US, they will have the best rate for most orders. Consider using a trackable service in the event that your return is not received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error made on our end.
Many of our items are made to order, so shipping may take longer than when ordering from other stores online. Our items ship from three places; San Diego, Las Vegas and China. Items shipped from the US take around 4 days to ship within the US. Items shipped from Asia take around 10-15 days to ship to the US. We estimate it will take 20 days for delivery on items to the US that are shipped from Asia and need to be made to order. Orders outside the US vary by location. Please check your tracking link to see where your item is. If it is taking longer, we are truly sorry. We hope to have all orders shipped from the US soon. If you need your order by a specific date send us an email first and we can give you a better estimate on how long it might take.
