At the camp with all the Scouts, they gave us a drink. We thought it was cool-aid, because it was pink. But the thing that they told us would have grossed out a moose! For that great-tasting pink drink was really beetle juice! A sweet brew of apple, orange, lemon, lime, and grape, followed by middle notes of blackberries and pomegranate; sitting on a dry down of sugar. Magical.
