RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of your package being delivered. If your order was delivered in a few packages then the 30 days starts on the date of your last package being delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You may return all items except swimwear.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Returns get processed every few days, if it has been more than 15 days since your return was delivered to our warehouse and you haven't received a notification that we received it, please send us a message to hey@marigoldshadows.com.
EXCHANGES
Ordered the wrong size or don't like what you got? You're welcome to send it back for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please start a return request and select exchange.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Oh no! We're so sorry there's an issue with your order. Please send us an email to hey@marigoldshadows.com and include some photos of the issue.
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to returning your item. We recommend using USPS for returns in the US, they will have the best rate for most orders. We can't offer a refund on returns that we don't receive that have no tracking number.
